Paragon has announced that it has extended its buy-to-let product range with the addition of four two-year, fixed portfolio products, starting at 2.99% with 75% LTV.

All the new portfolio products have no application or valuation fees.

Limited companies, limited liability partnerships and single self-contained (SSC) units, as well as specialist property types of houses in multiple occupation (HMO) and multi-unit blocks (MUB) are included in the extended range.

Paragon has also launched two new limited-edition, two-year, fixed buy-to-let mortgages products, one for portfolio customers and one for non-portfolio customers at 75% LTV.

Both products are remortgage-only applications for SSC units, mortgaged in the individual(s) name(s).

The limited-edition product for portfolio customers has a fixed rate of 2.85%, and is also available with no application or valuation fees, and free legals.

The non-portfolio product is fixed at 1.99% and available with free legals, with a £150 application fee.

Limited-edition product applications must have an offer issued by 11^th December 2017 and be completed by the end of the calendar year 2017.
