Precise Mortgages has restructured its sales team to manage increasing demand from its key intermediary partners and to prepare for the Mortgage Credit Directive…

Liza Campion and James Briggs have been appointed as dedicated National Sales Managers and will focus their support on packagers, specialist distributors and master brokers.

James’ experience in the second charge market will look to complement Liza whose expertise is in the first charge lending sector.

Elsewhere Jamie Pritchard and Richard Keen will work closely with Roger Morris to support mortgage clubs and networks while Sundeep Patel will increase his focus in the London market and Kevin Beale will continue with his drive to improve the lender’s New Build proposition.

Roger Morris, Director of Sales, will continue to lead the team and Gareth Lewis and Chris Parr will continue to drive the bridging side of the business.

Alan Cleary, Managing Director of Precise Mortgages, said: “We have been encouraging our key intermediary partners to distribute all of our product lines and this change is reacting to that shift.  

“In addition we must anticipate the changes that are likely to occur post MCD and react accordingly so that we give the best possible support to intermediaries and their customers.”

The MCD will come into force early next year and will radically alter the second charge market as it brings these loans into the MCoB regime resulting in the sales process becoming more aligned for both first and second charges.
