Exclusive: Only Bridging bursts into secured market
One of the UK’s best known bridging brokerages has officially announced its launch into the secured loans market.
Specialist brokerage Only Bridging, has unveiled that it is soon to launch its second charge loans brand, ‘Only Loans’. The company’s aim is to go live in early June.
The Brokerage’s new operation will be led by Hollie Ward, who has been with Only Bridging intermittently for 11 years.
Speaking on the matter of the new venture, she said: “This is an exciting time for the company. Secured loans has always been a strong point of ours and with the secured industry on the increase we cannot wait to be back where we belong- the top of the secured brokers!”
Simon Juniper clarified that the firm will conduct some broker targeted deals, but this will not be its primary channel of business.
Simon acted as Managing Director of former secured loans packager, Flexi Loans and Mortgages.
The brokerage already has access to the resources needed to provide its service as Only Loans.
It intends to initiate data tests soon, in a move to increase its vision in catering for its clients.
The firm has a view to experience substantial growth to its secured loans brand over the next five years.
